Free shipping, no minimum

  • United Kingdom and Switzerland: home delivery with signature.
  • European Union: home delivery with signature.
  • France, Corsica, Monaco and Andorra: home delivery with signature, or pickup point.
  • Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Martinique, Réunion, Mayotte, Saint Barthélemy, Saint Martin, Saint Pierre and Miquelon: home delivery with signature.

Free shipping above a minimum

  • United States: $25, free on orders over $150.
  • Canada: CAD 35, free on orders over CAD 200.
  • Australia: AUD 40, free on orders over AUD 250.
  • United Arab Emirates: AED 100, free on orders over AED 550.
  • Rest of the world: €20, free on orders over €150.

Duties and taxes included

For every destination outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes are included in the price shown. What you pay at checkout is final. Nothing further is due on delivery.

Delivery times

  • France: 2 to 5 business days from dispatch.
  • Europe, overseas territories and international: 5 to 10 business days from dispatch, depending on destination.

A confirmation email with a tracking number is sent as soon as your order ships.

Returns

  • Mainland France: returns are free.
  • European Union: return shipping is at the customer's expense. A prepaid label can be provided on request, and its cost is deducted from the refund.
  • Outside the European Union: return shipping is at the customer's expense. We are unable to provide a prepaid label for these destinations.
