An archive piece has lived a little before finding its place. It may have posed for a campaign, traveled from one photo shoot to the next, been exhibited, or kept a faint trace from production: a slight imperfection that changes nothing about how it is used. The maison offers it as it is, at a reduced price, and each product page is marked Archives.
The Jolly is the large tote of the Kromatik line: a shopper silhouette, a structured base, and rounded handles carried by hand or on the shoulder. It holds a laptop without losing its shape, and two inside pockets, one zipped, keep things in order. In the Archives, it comes in Uppeal™ and nylon, in Black and Navy, and in Full Uppeal™, in White, Pearl Gray, and Silver.
The Journey is the line’s weekender: a soft, deep bag whose nylon body sits on a protective Uppeal™ base that gives the bag its shape. Its two long handles are carried by hand or slipped over the shoulder. Like the Jolly, it closes with a YKK zipper and has two inside pockets, one zipped. It comes in Black, Navy, and Caramel.
Uppeal™ is crafted in Florence from apple residue, in the Florentine tradition of working fine materials. Both designs carry the faceted fox pull tab, a house design of the Kromatik line. Designed in Paris, the line is crafted in our Chinese partner workshop. The two-year legal guarantee of conformity and the 14-day right of withdrawal apply. The same designs are shown new on the Jolly and Journey pages.
