Refund policy

At Ashoka Paris, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If however an item doesn't suit you, here are the terms for a return or a refund.

1. Right of withdrawal

You have fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal and return your item.

The legal 14-day right of withdrawal applies to orders placed from within the European Union, in accordance with articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code. For orders placed from countries outside the European Union (including the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia, Switzerland, etc.), we accept returns within 14 days as a commercial gesture. Return shipping costs remain at the customer's expense.

  • Returns are free from mainland France.
  • For the rest of the world, return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.

2. Return conditions

Items must be returned:

  • In new condition, unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
  • In their original packaging (box, dust bag, padding included).
  • With all protective elements intact (clasps, accessories, soles, etc.).
  • Shoes must only have been tried on indoors.

Any item not meeting these conditions cannot be refunded.

3. "Archives" products

Some items in our Archives category come from photoshoots, exhibitions or may present minor aesthetic imperfections. These products are offered at a reduced price and sold as-is.

They benefit from legal guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects, and remain eligible for the 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases from within the European Union. However, the 1-year commercial guarantee does not apply to Archives items.

4. Refunds

Once your return has been validated, we will process the refund within a maximum of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the returned parcel and confirmation that it complies with our return conditions. The refund will be issued via the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

In case of installment payments via Alma, the remaining installments will be cancelled and/or recalculated according to the situation.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges on our Ashoka Paris website. If you would like a different size, colour or model, please return the relevant item for a refund and then place a new order on our website.

On certain partner marketplaces (notably Zebra Vegan Shop), exchanges may be offered directly via their dedicated platform.

6. Return procedure

To initiate a return, please contact us by email at: contact@ashokaparis.com, specifying your order number.

  • From mainland France: returns are free. A prepaid return label will be sent to you by email.
  • From the European Union: return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. A prepaid return label can be provided on request; its cost (approximately €9) will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • From countries outside the European Union: return shipping costs are entirely at the customer's expense. Maison Ashoka is not able to provide a prepaid return label for these destinations. The customer must ship the item at their own expense via the carrier of their choice.

We will send you the steps to follow as well as the terms adapted to your situation.

7. Return for defect or non-conformity

If the product received presents a manufacturing defect or non-conformity, return shipping costs are fully covered by Maison Ashoka, worldwide. To exercise the legal guarantee of conformity (European Union) or the 1-year Maison Ashoka commercial guarantee, please contact customer service at contact@ashokaparis.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photographs of the defect observed (overall view + affected areas, in natural light)

We will inform you of the procedure to follow as soon as possible.
