APPLE SKIN & ECO-NAPPA MADE IN ITALY
It is about twenty kilometers from Florence in Italy , that the factory founded by our supplier of APPLE SKIN is located. It is a material designed by coagulation of polyurethane and organic matter of apples.
Biosourced and innovative material, APPLE SKIN is produced from apples ( waste) that grow in the orchards of Bolzano, in northern Italy. Dried and reduced to powder, it is sent to the factory in Florence to be transformed into APPLE SKIN.
The cereal -based material that we use in the manufacture of our shoes is produced in a factory located on the outskirts of Milan .

All our products, bags, accessories, shoes and clothes are handcrafted by skilled workers in human-sized workshops, where ethics, innovation and employee well-being are at the center of their concerns.
Three are located in Portugal , two for bags and accessories , one for shoes .
A workshop in France , located in Paris, which makes our jackets and coats .
Our historic leather goods manufacturing workshop is located in Thailand .
Today, therefore, approximately 70% of our productions are European.
It is important for us to produce the majority of our items in Europe, but keeping a presence in Thailand is a real asset, both in terms of know-how and the modernity of the tools and techniques used.
And when it is possible, we manufacture the articles and in particular the clothes, in France, in Paris. Of course it is a real made in France, and not an " assembled in France ". We are on a " 100% French " manufacturing.
We forge real relationships with the suppliers who accompany us, we know them, we regularly go there to follow our productions.
Each bag or accessory made in the factory is checked, which guarantees us constant quality.
We have approached a French family business ( located in the Yonne department) which, for 3 generations, has been creating, developing and producing metal accessories for the biggest leather goods and ready-to-wear houses.
Our partner works from our drawings and sketches. He studies and defines the technical constraints related to the functioning of the part.
He then makes a 2D drawing which will be followed by a 3D print. Then comes the last step, the manufacture of the custom brass piece, in order to mount it on the bag during the prototyping phase.
