Any adult natural person, non-commercial, having the legal capacity to contract, (hereinafter "the Customer") making a purchase of product on the Site.
The Site is hosted by Shopify Inc, 150 Elgin Street, Suite 800, Ottawa (Ontario) K2P 1L4, Canada.
All orders on the Site are subject to these general conditions of sale. These are likely to be subject to modifications and updates, the conditions applicable to the order of a product by a customer are those in force on the day of the order.
The products offered for sale are those described on the company's website at the time of consultation by the customer and within the limits of available stocks. This information is updated in real time, however if an update error appears on the site, this would not engage the responsibility of Ashoka Paris.
The prices displayed on the Site are indicated in Euros. Prices are inclusive of all taxes (TTC), excluding delivery costs.
The prices invoiced to the customer are those communicated on the site and confirmed to the customer during the validation of the order.
Ashoka Paris reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but undertakes to apply the prices in force on the date of the order.
The amount of the additional delivery costs is indicated to the customer directly on the "delivery" page.
The Products remain the property of the seller until full payment has been received by the latter.
The transfer of the risks of loss and deterioration of the products will be carried out after delivery and receipt of the products by the customer.
If a price appears incorrect for any reason (computer problem, human or technical error), the order that Ashoka Paris would have validated would then be cancelled. The customer would be informed as soon as possible and could, if he wishes, place an order again at the original price.
Ordering is done in several steps:
Step 1: Choice of items that appear in the basket that the customer can modify or validate at any time
Step 2: Checking the cart and choosing the delivery method. Delivery costs will be indicated later during the order validation process.
Step 3: Create a customer account or authenticate an existing account
Step 4: Validation of the order, verification of information and acceptance of the T&Cs
Step 5: Confirmation of the delivery method and payment by credit card. The final validation takes place when clicking on the "make payment" button. In the event of delivery to a relay point, choice of the relay point.
Step 6: After acceptance of payment, the order is confirmed and the customer receives an electronic message confirming it. At this stage, the chosen relay point can be further modified.
Ashoka Paris reserves the right not to honor an abnormal order or one made in bad faith, as well as for any other legitimate reason.
Ashoka Paris can accept orders within the limits of available stocks. At the time of the order on the site, Ashoka Paris informs the customer of the availability of the products.
If, despite its vigilance, a product turns out to be unavailable, Ashoka Paris will inform the customer by e-mail as soon as possible. The latter could cancel his order and be reimbursed for the amount already paid.
Definitive or temporary unavailability cannot in any way engage the responsibility of Ashoka Paris, nor can it give rise to any right to compensation or damages in favor of the customer.
The payment of the customer's purchases is made either in cash, when placing his order, by bank card (Credit card, Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard) or by means of a PayPal account or in three instalments free of charge.
Payment is made online and in euros.
Ashoka Paris remains the owner of the items sold until full payment of the price, VAT and transport costs included.
Ashoka Paris implements all means to ensure the confidentiality and security of data transmitted on the Ashokaparis.com site.
As such, the website uses a secure payment module of the SSL type.

ALMA is available for French, German, Belgian and Spanish customers.
Ashoka Paris offers its customers to pay for their order by credit card, Visa or Mastercard in 3 installments free of charge.
Payment in installments with Alma
Installment/deferred payment is available through our partner Alma . Payment security is provided by Alma and its service providers. All payments are protected by 3D Secure.
Amount of purchases
P3X: Only purchases between €100 and €2,000 are eligible for payment with Alma .
By paying in installments with Alma , the Customer does not pay any fees.
Alma is a tele-payment manager and issues an electronic certificate which will serve as proof of the amount and date of the transaction in accordance with the provisions of articles 1316 and following of the Civil Code.
Any termination of the T&Cs which bind the Seller and the customer, entails the termination of the T&Cs between Alma and the customer.
Alma is available to customers with an issued bank card - both "classic" consumer bank cards and business cards.
Please note that this means of payment is reserved for those over 18 years old. The validity date of the payment card must be greater than 2 months from the date of your order. The cardholder must be identical to the personal information entered.
Bank cards accepted: prepaid cards, virtual cards and with systematic authorization.
In case of return and refund:
Once the return has been accepted by us, we will request a refund from our financial partner for the amount of the returned item.
If your order contains a single item, you will then be reimbursed for the first monthly payment and subsequent direct debits will be cancelled.
If your order contains several articles, your monthly payments will then be recalculated according to the amount remaining due.

Is Alma reliable?
Yes. For questions of security and the fight against fraud, all transactions carried out with Alma systematically benefit from verification via the 3D Secure protocol, managed by the customer's bank.
Ashoka Paris delivers worldwide, in Metropolitan France (including Corsica), Monaco, Andorra, the DOM-TOM, TAAF and internationally.
The delivery is made to the delivery address indicated by the customer, it being specified that this must be the residential address of the Customer or of any other natural person of his choice.
Transport costs are indicated during the ordering process.
Shipments are made Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
Unless specific deadlines are mentioned during holiday periods, delivery will take place within an average of 2 to 5 working days for Metropolitan France from the time the order is placed.
The Customer will be notified by email of the dispatch of his order.
Customs formalities and fees
For shipments outside the territory of the European Union, the applicable customs charges are generally invoiced upon arrival of the package in the destination country.
The Customer must imperatively pay them in order to receive his package.
These fees are neither applied nor collected by Ashoka Paris.
Consequently, they are not refundable and Ashoka Paris cannot in any way estimate the amount of customs fees since they vary from one country to another. Outside the territory of the European Union, it is recalled that delivery may be delayed until the formalities and customs fees have not been paid by the customer, which he accepts.
The Customer's refusal to pay customs fees results in the cancellation of the order. Any transport and customs clearance costs paid by Ashoka Paris to recall the order will be borne by the Customer.
Compliance of the order:
Upon receipt, the Customer systematically checks the condition of the package, the good condition of the item(s) ordered, as well as their conformity with the order.
For any anomaly noted (damaged package, missing or damaged products, etc.) Ashoka Paris invites the customer to notify it on the carrier's delivery note and to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days.
Non-compliance of the order:
The package contains products that do not correspond to the Customer's order, which are damaged or defective.
Ashoka Paris undertakes to reimburse defective, spoiled, damaged products or products which do not correspond to the Customer's order. In this case, the Customer will be asked to report it in detail in writing and to return the product(s) concerned.
Ashoka Paris will refund the product(s) concerned.
In the event that the anomaly is proven, a free "return slip" will be sent to the Customer, with all the instructions for returning the non-compliant item.
The Customer should take care of the packaging and protect the product well so that it is not damaged during transport. The product must not have been unpacked or worn.
In any case, you benefit from the legal guarantees of conformity and hidden defects, in accordance with the legal provisions in force.
6. Return and right of withdrawal
Satisfied or refunded
In accordance with Article L 121-20 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a right of withdrawal which he may exercise, without having to justify the reasons, within fourteen (14) clear days from receipt of the ordered products.
The product(s) must be returned in their original condition and complete (including packaging and label) and accompanied by a copy of the documents attached to the order (purchase invoice).

Return costs are free for metropolitan France and only in the event of non-compliance of the order for the rest of the world.
Ashoka Paris provides a prepaid return voucher to return the package.
The Customer makes sure to send his package with a tracking number, a signed delivery, or even insurance. Ashoka Paris is therefore not responsible for misplaced or lost returns.
To exercise his right of withdrawal, the Customer must send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The returned item(s) must be new, unworn and in their original box, perfectly intact.
The Customer must ensure that he attaches to his return the delivery note necessary for the reimbursement of his order.
Upon receipt of the package, Ashoka Paris will judge the perfect condition of the returned goods. No returns will be accepted if the returned items have been visibly used or damaged by the customer and such use or damage renders the items unfit for sale.
If the return is refused by Ashoka Paris for the reasons set out above, the Product(s) will then be returned to the Customer at the latter's expense without the latter being able to demand any compensation. or right to reimbursement, with the exception of the subsequent exercise of its warranty rights on the Products sold.
Orders will be refunded within fourteen (14) working days, from receipt and verification of the returned package, to the credit card used for payment. Delivery charges paid by the Customer will not be refunded.
All products on the site can be returned, except those marked to the contrary.
Items purchased on sale or discounted on the www.ashokaparis.com website, deemed definitively sold, cannot be exchanged or returned.
7. Personal data
The data communicated by the Customer on the Site, necessary for the processing and delivery of orders, are exclusively reserved for Ashoka Paris or its partners after the express consent of the Customer.
In accordance with the law of January 6, 1978 amended by the law of August 6, 2004, relating to data processing, files and freedoms, the Customer has the right to access, modify, rectify and delete data on re.
To exercise this right, the Customer makes the request by email to the following address:

The Customer can subscribe to the Ashoka Paris newsletter and thus choose to be regularly informed of the offers offered by the brand. He has, at any time, the possibility of unsubscribing by clicking on the link provided for this purpose on each of the newsletters.
Certain web pages of the Site may contain web beacons which make it possible to count the number of visitors to the Site and/or provide Ashoka Paris with a certain number of indicators. These web beacons may be used with some of Ashoka Paris' partners, in particular to measure and improve the effectiveness of the Site. In any event, the information obtained from these beacons is only used to gather statistics on visits to certain pages of the Site in order to better serve Ashoka Paris Clients.
8. Intellectual Property
All elements of the Site, whether visual or audio, including the underlying technology, are the exclusive property of Ashoka Paris and benefit from both copyright protection and the protection conferred by the provisions relating trademark and/or patent law.
The total or partial reproduction of any of these elements, whatever it may be, on any medium whatsoever and for any reason whatsoever, without the prior and express agreement of Ashoka Paris is strictly prohibited.
9. Dispute - applicable lawThese general conditions of use and sale are subject to French law. In the event of persistent disagreement on the application, interpretation and execution of these presents, and in the absence of an amicable agreement, any dispute will be subject to the competent French courts.
