We deliver all over the world. The price of the delivery varies according to the country but the delivery is free from a certain amount of purchase.
Ordering is done in several steps:
Step 1: Choice of items that appear in the basket that the customer can modify or validate at any time
Step 2: Checking the cart and choosing the delivery method. Delivery costs will be indicated later during the order validation process.
Step 3: Create a customer account or authenticate an existing account
Step 4: Validation of the order, verification of information and acceptance of the T&Cs
Step 5: Confirmation of the delivery method and payment by credit card. The final validation takes place when clicking on the "make payment" button. In the event of delivery to a relay point, choice of the relay point.
Step 6: After acceptance of payment, the order is confirmed and the customer receives an electronic message confirming it. At this stage, the chosen relay point can be further modified.

For deliveries outside the EEC zone, customs fees/taxes may be applied on import. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

For metropolitan France, delivery takes place within an average of 2 to 5 working days, upon receipt control. We use tracked Colissimo, delivered with signature. For international deliveries, this period is on average 5 to 10 working days.
It is not an obligation but it is strongly recommended. Indeed, it allows you to find your history more quickly, edit your addresses and track your package online. You will also be notified when new products are released and during exceptional events or special offers.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with an online tracking number.

If you do not collect your package from its collection point in time, it will be returned to us. When your package returns to our warehouse, we will send you an email and refund you. If you want to pick up your package, you will need to place a new order on our site.

If your order has been sent, we will no longer be able to intervene. You will need to return it to us to proceed with the exchange or cancellation.

Please note that this means of payment is reserved for those over 18 years old. The validity date of the payment card must be greater than 2 months from the date of your order. The cardholder must be identical to the personal information entered.

In case of return and refund
Once the return has been accepted by us, we will request a refund from our financial partner for the amount of the returned item.
If your order contains a single item, you will then be reimbursed for the first monthly payment and subsequent direct debits will be cancelled.
If your order contains several articles, your monthly payments will then be recalculated according to the amount remaining due.

Items must be in perfect condition and not have been worn, washed or damaged. The soles of the shoes must be intact and the shoes must have been tried on indoors only.
If the returned item is not in perfect condition for relisting, then a holdback will be applied.
You have 14 days from receipt of your package to return your product to us.
Your refund will take place within 14 days of receipt of your package by our services, shipping costs are not included in the refund.

Our exchange policy is the same as our return policy.

We make reasoned productions so as not to have too much stock and to avoid the waste. This is also why we almost never make sales.

For models in microsuede (faux suede) you can rub lightly with a brush soft and moist, crepe brush type.
We work with seven manufacturing workshops, including five in Europe.
All our products, bags, accessories, shoes and clothes are handcrafted by skilled workers.
Three workshops are located in Portugal, two for bags and accessories, one for shoes.
Two Parisian workshops make our jackets and coats.
We are also present in Asia. Our historic leather goods manufacturing workshop is located in Thailand and we now have a second workshop, located in China.
Today, around 80% of our productions are European. It is important for us to produce the majority of our items in Europe, but keeping a presence in Asia is a real asset, both in terms of know-how and the modernity of the tools and techniques used.
Whenever possible, we manufacture the articles and in particular the clothes, in France.
N ew: Mylo Made from mycelium, the branched underground structure of mushrooms, an infinitely renewable material, it is 100% animal free. Ashoka Paris is the first French leather goods brand to manufacture small leather goods in this new material.
The Apple Skin We are the first French leather goods brand to have used the Apple Skin. This innovative material now represents an important part of our production. It comes from Italy and is produced from apple waste from the food industry.
Recycled microsuede This is the imitation suede that we use for certain leather goods and for some of our jackets. It is a polyester that is 61% recycled.
Recycled bottle lining We use recycled PET for the lining of the majority of our leather goods. It is made from plastic from recycled bottles.
Bio-Nappa Bio-based material made from cereals and used mainly for the manufacture of our shoes.
Eco-Nappa This is the first material we used. It is a polyurethane which, although made from petroleum, has a lower ecological impact than leather.
All our items are 100% vegan, they are PETA Approved Vegan and Animal Free certified.
