Free shipping, no minimum purchase
- Mainland France, Corsica: home delivery with signature, or pickup point.
- Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Martinique, Réunion, Mayotte, Saint Barthélemy, Saint Martin, Saint Pierre and Miquelon: home delivery with signature.
- European Union, Monaco, Andorra and Vatican City: home delivery with signature.
- United Kingdom and Switzerland: home delivery with signature.
Free shipping above a minimum purchase
- United States: $25, free on orders over $150.
- Canada: CAD 35, free on orders over CAD 200.
- Australia: AUD 40, free on orders over AUD 250.
- United Arab Emirates: AED 100, free on orders over AED 550.
- Rest of the world: €20, free on orders over €150.
Duties and taxes included
For every destination outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes are included in the price shown. The amount paid at checkout is final: nothing further is due when the package is delivered.
Delivery times
- Mainland France and Corsica: 1 to 3 business days from dispatch.
- French overseas territories, Europe and international: 5 to 10 business days from dispatch, depending on the destination.
A confirmation email with a tracking number is sent as soon as your order ships.
In accordance with Article L.216-1 of the French Consumer Code, and unless otherwise stated at the time of order, delivery takes place no later than thirty (30) days after the order is confirmed.
Returns
- Mainland France: free returns.
- European Union: return shipping is at the customer’s expense. A prepaid label can be provided on request; its cost is deducted from the refund.
- Outside the European Union: return shipping is at the customer’s expense. We do not provide a prepaid label for these destinations.
