Return Conditions

  • Returns are free from metropolitan France.
  • From the European Union: return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. A prepaid return label can be provided upon request; its cost will be deducted from the refund.
  • From countries outside the European Union: return shipping costs are entirely the customer's responsibility. Maison Ashoka is unable to provide prepaid return labels for these destinations.
