Refund policy

At Ashoka Paris, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If an item does not suit you, here is everything you need to know about our return and refund process.

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal and return your item.

The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies to orders placed from within the European Union. For orders placed from outside the EU (including India, the United States, Canada, Australia, etc.), we accept returns within 14 days as a gesture of goodwill. Return shipping costs remain the customer's responsibility.

  • Returns are free from metropolitan France.
  • For all other countries, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

2. Return Conditions

Items must be returned:

  • In their original, unworn, unwashed and undamaged condition.
  • In their original packaging (box, protective bag, padding included).
  • With all protective elements intact (clasps, accessories, soles, etc.).
  • Shoes must only have been tried on indoors.

Any item that does not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a refund.

3. "Bonnes Affaires" / Sale Items

Some items listed under our Bonnes Affaires category come from photo shoots or exhibitions, or carry minor aesthetic imperfections. These products are offered at a reduced price and sold as-is. They are covered by statutory guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects, and remain eligible for the 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases from within the European Union. However, the one-year commercial warranty does not apply to Bonnes Affaires items.

4. Refunds

Once your return has been validated, we will process your refund within a maximum of 14 days. The refund will be issued via the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, colour or style, please return the item for a refund and place a new order on our website.

  • Returns are free from metropolitan France.
  • From the European Union: return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. A prepaid return label can be provided upon request; its cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • From countries outside the European Union: return shipping costs are entirely the customer's responsibility. Maison Ashoka is unable to provide prepaid return labels for these destinations. The customer must arrange and cover return shipping independently.
