• Returns are only accepted from mainland France .

• Returns from abroad are at the customer's expense.

• Items must be in their original packaging , with protective materials intact, unworn and unwashed .

• For shoes , the soles must be intact and they should only be tried on indoors.

• You have 14 days from the date of receipt of the package to return your item to us.

• The refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the package.

• Shipping costs paid at the time of order are non-refundable .

Exchange of an item

• Exchanges are free from mainland France .

• Please contact us upon receipt of your order to check the availability of the new item.

• Items must be returned in their original packaging , with protective materials intact and in perfect condition.

• Upon receipt, we will send your new item.

• If the desired item is not available, the standard return procedure will be applied.
