Compagnon

Each Compagnon carries over the design of a Brigitte bag. The Compagnon Couture takes up the codes of the Brigitte Couture: plain Uppeal™, a plant-based material made from apple residue crafted in Florence, raised by a saddlery-style topstitch. It holds twelve card slots, six compartments including two for notes, a zipped coin pocket and two patch pockets.

The Compagnon Oxymore carries over the bi-material approach of the Brigitte Oxymore, pairing Uppeal™ with a recycled microsuede for a contrast between rigor and softness. More compact, it holds eight card slots, three compartments including one for notes, a zipped coin pocket and two patch pockets.

In both writings, the main lining repeats the exterior material and the interior compartments are in colored nylon, following the chromatic codes of the matching bag. The zipped closure is signed with an engraved pull, designed exclusively for Ashoka Paris. Designed in Paris, crafted in our Thai partner workshop.
