Jolly

A tote is judged by what it takes in without losing its line. The Jolly makes that its rule: it is the tote of the Kromatik line and, of its five formats, the most open. It takes up the line’s origami look and fox pull tab, here on the largest open volume of the line, for the days that do not fit into a small bag.

Its two domed handles go from hand to shoulder, over a coat as easily as over a shirt. Closed with a zipper, the Jolly holds a laptop along with what a working day brings, from the office until evening. Inside, two pockets, one of them zipped, keep apart what needs to be found quickly.

Five colors are shared between its two versions. In Uppeal™ and nylon, Caramel, Black and Navy pair the nylon body with Uppeal™ corner panels; Navy reads as a dressed neutral that carries through the seasons. In Full Uppeal™, White and Silver dress it entirely: White, clean and graphic; Silver, the livelier of the two. Uppeal™ is crafted in Florence from apple residue, in the Florentine tradition of working fine materials.
