Handmade in Portugal from bio-sourced and recycled materials, the Matéo is an ethical and eco-responsible tennis shoe.
Conceived by our designer David Matéo, it is the fruit of his expertise acquired over 20 years in the shoe industry.

Fitted design shoes: if you are unsure between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger one.

Outside

Grained details:

• Italian bio-based material (white), approved by PETA, made from vegetable oil derived from cereals not intended for human consumption and GMO-free.
  
• Composition: 31% Viscose / 51.06% Cereals / 17.94% Polyurethane

Smooth exterior:

• Italian bio-sourced material (white), same manufacturing process as above.
  
• Composition: 31% Cotton / 53.04% Cereals / 14.96% Polyurethane
• Uppeal: innovative Italian material made from apple residue.
  
• Composition: 26% Apple waste / 16% Cotton / 20% Polyester / 38% Polyurethane

Outsole:

• Recycled material made in Portugal. Its "cup sole" shape gives the sneaker a clean look.
• Mounting: Strobel for flexibility and strength.
• Colors: nude and white.
• Laces: flat waxed cotton, for a touch of elegance.
• Eyelets: gold.

Interior

Inner lining:

• Innovative OnSteam® material: breathable, anti-bacterial, ecological and recyclable

Removable insole:

• Injected for optimal comfort. It conforms to the shape of the arch of the foot and can be replaced with an orthopedic insole if necessary.
