Mylo

Mycelium, the underground structure of mushrooms, is one of the most promising materials to replace animal leather. Cultivated in just a few weeks in vertical farming facilities powered entirely by renewable energy, it offers an alternative that is both respectful of living systems and technically accomplished.

Mylo™ represents the outcome of over 5,000 iterations to achieve the touch, resilience and appearance of high-end leather. The fibre, composed of 85% mycelium and 15% recycled fibres, retains all the qualities expected of a leather goods accessory — suppleness, longevity, refined finishings.
