1- Delivery and returns:
Is delivery free?
Colissimo delivery is free in Metropolitan France.
Elsewhere, shipping costs will apply and will be added at the time of payment.
Do you deliver internationally?
Yes, we deliver anywhere in the world.
Do you accept exchanges/returns?
Yes, exchanges/returns are possible on all orders within 14 days of receipt of product. They are at the customer's expense.
How do I make an exchange/return?
You should contact us at contact@ashokaparis.com so that we can give you the shipping details. Products must be returned in their original packaging, with the protective bag and padding. They must not have been worn, washed or damaged.
2- Products and maintenance:
What are the care instructions?
Never use chemicals on your Ashoka Paris bag, wallet or belt.
Clean your bag, wallet or belt in eco-nappa or Apple Skin (imitation leather) with a damp cloth, or even with slightly soapy water.
For models in micro suede (imitation suede) you can scrub with a soft, damp brush, such as a crepe brush.
Where do you make your products?
All our products are made in the north of Thailand in the Chiang Mai region. We work with a workshop that has real leatherwork expertise acquired since it was founded in 1987.
What materials do you use?
We use different types of material, from Apple Skin, which is a bio-sourced material made from apples, to eco nappa, a faux suede made from recycled polyester. The inner lining of our bags and accessories is made from recycled PET.
Are your materials environmentally friendly?
Our materials are made from polyurethane, and we also have a material that mixes polyurethane and apple waste. Although these materials are derived from petrochemicals, they are more environmentally friendly than materials derived from livestock farming. The inside of our bags is lined with recycled plastic bottles.
Where can I see the products?
We don't have our own shop, but you can find our products at Dressing Responsable in Paris. At certain times of the year we present our products in temporary boutiques or at trade fairs. To be informed of the dates of these sales, don't hesitate to subscribe to our newsletter.
3- Ordering:
How long does it take to receive my order?
Within 4 to 7 working days
Can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with an online tracking number.
4- How to pay:
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
When is my bank account debited?
Once you have placed your order, your bank account will be debited as soon as your order has been registered and processed.
5-Customer account:
Do I have to create a customer account to order?
No, you don't have to. But it is strongly recommended. It will enable you to find your history more quickly, edit your addresses and track your parcel online. You'll also be notified of new products and special events.
How often do you send out newsletters?
We send out an average of one newsletter per month. You can unsubscribe at any time with one click. These newsletters are sent to introduce new products and announce important events.
