Delivery and returns
Is delivery free?
Delivery to a Colissimo collection point is free in Metropolitan France. For all other locations, shipping costs will apply and will be added at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we deliver worldwide.
Do you accept exchanges/returns?
Yes. Exchanges/returns are possible for all orders within 14 days of receiving the product. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
How do I make an exchange/return?
You must contact us at contact@ashokaparis.com so that we can provide you with the return shipping details. Products must be returned in their original packaging, with the protective bag and padding. They must not have been worn, washed, or damaged.
Is it possible to have the order delivered to a collection point? And via click and collect?
Yes, you can choose delivery to a Pickup Point. We also offer a click & collect option at a location in the 11th arrondissement of Paris.
You can therefore collect your order on site, as well as make an exchange or return directly in our Paris space.

Can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with an online tracking number.

Products and maintenance
What are the maintenance instructions?
Never use chemicals on your Ashoka Paris bag or accessories.
Clean your eco-nappa or Uppeal (faux leather) bag, wallet or belt with a damp cloth, or with slightly soapy water.
For micro suede (faux suede) models you can rub with a soft, damp brush, such as a crepe brush.
Where do you manufacture your products?
Our creations are made in Europe and Asia, according to the specific expertise of each line: mainly in Portugal for our bags and sneakers, in a Parisian workshop for our vegan fur pieces, and in our partner workshop in Thailand for part of our leather goods.
What materials do you use?
We use different types of materials, from Uppeal , a bio-based material made from apples, to eco-nappa leather and a recycled polyester suede . The lining of our bags and accessories is made from recycled PET.
Are your materials environmentally friendly?
Our materials are made from polyurethane; we also have a material that blends polyurethane and apple waste. While these materials are derived from petrochemicals, they are more environmentally friendly than materials derived from animal products. The lining of our bags is made from recycled plastic bottles.
Customer account
Do I absolutely have to create a customer account to place an order?
No, it's not mandatory.
But it's highly recommended. This will allow you to quickly access your order history, edit your addresses, and track your package online. You'll also be notified of new product releases and special events.
How often do you send newsletters?
We send out an average of two newsletters per month. You can unsubscribe at any time with just one click. These newsletters are sent to introduce new products and announce important events.
