From the Matéo High-Top line, the Matéo High-Top Burgundy & Navy is the most graphic version of the silhouette. An urban high-top sneaker that plays two deep tones against each other, a saturated burgundy and an intense navy, over a light base.
Drawn in Paris and crafted 100% in Portugal, in a large workshop dedicated entirely to footwear, it sets a white cereal-based material base, designed in Italy, against two panels in Uppeal™, a plant-based material made from apple residue crafted in Florence, one navy, the other burgundy. A beige recycled microsuede softens the palette at the bottom of the shoe.
For comfort, a breathable OnSteam® microfiber lining and a removable insole that can be swapped for an orthopedic one. The cup sole in Strobel construction gives the suppleness and support of a quality shoe.
The details are worked without ostentation: silver eyelets, silver side logo, flat white waxed cotton laces with metal aglets. A unisex sneaker that pairs as easily with jeans as with more formal trousers.
