Compagnon

The Compagnon is the Ashoka Paris wallet, designed as the feminine counterpart to the Brigitte bag. A compact leather goods piece that opens onto a refined organisation: bill compartments, card slots, zipped coin pocket and patch pockets.

The Compagnon comes in two writings, in line with the Brigitte: the Couture, in plain Uppeal™ highlighted by a piped topstitch inherited from traditional saddlery, and the Oxymore, bi-material, which plays on the contrast between Uppeal™ and microsuede.

Designed in Paris and crafted in our partner workshops, the Compagnons form the duo of Ashoka leather goods. Available in several colours to match your Brigitte bag, or to slip on their own into an inner pocket.

A vegan wallet designed in Paris, as a duo with the Brigitte bag

Each Compagnon prolongs the writing of a Brigitte bag. The Compagnon Couture echoes the codes of the Brigitte Couture: plain Uppeal™, the plant leather made from apple residues designed in Florence, highlighted by a saddlery-style piped topstitch. The Compagnon Oxymore extends the bi-material approach of the Brigitte Oxymore, pairing Uppeal™ with an exterior recycled microsuede for a subtle contrast between rigour and softness. Inside, a main lining in matching Uppeal™ houses an organisation built for daily life, with compartments in coloured nylon that extend the model's chromatic codes. A zipped closure signed by an engraved pull tab completes the piece.
